Executive Assistant
Location: Chicago, IL
Summary:
Performs secretarial and administrative duties for the Regional Vice
President and the respective managers in the department under
minimal supervision. Compiles data and prepares special reports,
gathers and summarizes data. Answers and screens telephone calls,
providing assistance to callers. Maintains calendars, schedules
meetings and makes travel arrangements
Knowledge and/or Skills:
• Must have knowledge sufficient to handle and resolve office
administration tasks, possess excellent organizational skills, and
be able to work under pressure.
• Excellent typing/keyboard skills are required. Must have extensive
experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity adding and
retrieving database entries.
• Must be able to operate multi-line telephone with sufficient
courtesy and speed.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and
face to face.
Education and/or Experience:
High school education with at least 4 years of work experience.
College course work or degree would be an asset.
